Enrolment and Contract Formation
By enrolling in a Harris Equine course and completing payment (whether in full or via instalments), a legally binding contract is formed between the student and the training  provider. Enrolment confirms that the student has read, understood, and accepted these  Terms and Conditions.  Access to digital course materials is granted immediately upon payment, and students confirm that the materials are accessible on their own device at the time access is provided.

Course Access and Duration
Students are provided with a standard 12-month completion period from the date of enrolment. Where no contact is received from a student for a continuous period of 12  months, enrolment will be deemed to have been terminated due to inactivity, and course records may be archived.  Extensions may be granted at the discretion of the training provider on an individual  basis where appropriate circumstances apply.
Harris Equine reserves the right to:
 ● Amend course delivery methods where necessary
 ● Suspend or terminate enrolment where Terms and Conditions are breached
 ● Recover outstanding course fees where contractual payment obligations are not met
● Update course materials to maintain professional standards

Harris Equine is committed to delivering high standards of training and service. Any complaints should be submitted in writing to the training provider, who will acknowledge  receipt and aim to respond within a reasonable time frame.
Where necessary, complaints will  be reviewed formally and appropriate resolutions offered in accordance with internal procedures.
Access to all course material is provided upon purchase therefore courses are NON-Refundable after purchase. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

Data Protection and Privacy
All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable UK GDPR and Data  Protection Act 2018 requirements. Student information will be used solely for course  administration, certification, regulatory compliance, and communication purposes, and will  not be shared with third parties except where legally required or necessary for accreditation  or certification purposes.

Practical Training, Safety and Assumption of Risk
Students acknowledge that working with horses involves inherent risks. By participating in  any practical elements of the course, students accept responsibility for exercising  appropriate care, professional judgement, and adherence to safety procedures at all times.  Harris Equine provides guidance and instruction based on professional experience; however,  students must seek independent veterinary, professional, or specialist advice where  necessary. The training provider shall not be held responsible for injuries, damages, or  losses arising from failure to follow safety guidance or from independent activities  undertaken outside supervised instruction.

Instalment Payments and Non-Payment
Where courses are purchased using instalment or recurring payment arrangements:
● Failure to maintain scheduled payments may result in course suspension or  termination without notice.
● Missed or cancelled payments may be treated as student termination of  enrolment.
● Any outstanding balances relating to services already supplied remain legally payable in accordance with contractual law.

 Refunds and Cancellations (Digital Content)
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional  Charges) Regulations 2013, digital content supplied with immediate access may be exempt from the statutory 14-day cancellation right once supply has begun and the purchaser has agreed to immediate access.
All Harris Equine courses provide instant access to full course materials upon  enrolment, and therefore course purchases are non-refundable once access has been  granted, except where stated otherwise.
As a goodwill provision, Harris Equine offers a 48-hour cooling-off period, during which written cancellation requests submitted by email may be considered. Where approved, refunds will be issued less a 9% administration fee, representing non-recoverable platform processing charges. After the goodwill cancellation period has expired, course fees are non-refundable.

Young Persons and Supported Learners
Where learners are under 18 or require additional support, a responsible adult (parent,  guardian, mentor, foster carer, or case worker) must oversee enrolment and remain the  designated contact for administrative communication throughout the course. The responsible  adult is responsible for ensuring the learner understands course procedures, requirements,  and copyright obligations.

Purchasing on Behalf of Another Person
Where a course is purchased for another individual, the purchaser confirms that they accept  these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the learner and will ensure the learner complies  with all course requirements, entry criteria, contractual obligations, and copyright provisions.

All course materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and are supplied  for personal educational use only. Students agree:
● Not to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, or share any course material in  any format without written permission.
● Not to alter, edit, or remove any content protection or security features applied to  course materials.
● That any unauthorised sharing or reproduction constitutes a breach of copyright.
